- 2 cups amaranth flour
- ⅔ cup grated boiled potatoes
- 1 tsp green chillies
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp chopped garlic
- Chopped coriander
- Salt to taste
- ¼ cup grated cheese
- 1 tbsp ghee
Steps
- In a bowl add all the ingredients and make (semi-soft) dough.
- Add grated cheese and mix well.
- Take a small ball and roll it into a small paratha.
- Roast on tawa and apply ghee.
- Cook it properly.
- Serve with sweet curd.
