  • 2 cups amaranth flour
  • ⅔ cup grated boiled potatoes
  • 1 tsp green chillies
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp chopped garlic
  • Chopped coriander
  • Salt to taste
  • ¼ cup grated cheese
  • 1 tbsp ghee

Steps

  1. In a bowl add all the ingredients and make (semi-soft) dough.
  2. Add grated cheese and mix well.
  3. Take a small ball and roll it into a small paratha.
  4. Roast on tawa and apply ghee.
  5. Cook it properly.
  6. Serve with sweet curd.
