- 1 cup curd
- 1 cup mango puree
- 2 tbsp besan
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 cups water
- For tadaka
- 1 tsp ghee
- ⅛ tsp hing
- Curry leaves
- 2 dry red chillies
- ½ tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp ginger
Steps
- In a bowl add all the ingredients and whisk together with whisk till no lumps.
- Pour the mixture into a kadai and cook it properly and thicken.
- In a pan add all tadaka ingredients and stir it.
- Pour on a cooked kadi mixture and again mix well and cook for one more minute.
- Serve with rice.
