  • 1 cup curd
  • 1 cup mango puree
  • 2 tbsp besan
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 cups water
  • For tadaka
  • 1 tsp ghee
  • ⅛ tsp hing
  • Curry leaves
  • 2 dry red chillies
  • ½ tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp ginger

Steps

  1. In a bowl add all the ingredients and whisk together with whisk till no lumps.
  2. Pour the mixture into a kadai and cook it properly and thicken.
  3. In a pan add all tadaka ingredients and stir it.
  4. Pour on a cooked kadi mixture and again mix well and cook for one more minute.
  5. Serve with rice.
