Restaurateur and chef Ritu Dalmia opened her first dining space in Mumbai. The Tasting Room by DIVA. The diner is has printed sofas, vibrant chandeliers and bright pink and blue walls.
We started our meal with their watermelon and mint cooler.
For starters you can pick from their salads or the mezze platter
Next up were their cigar rolls served with a rocket leaf pesto.
For non vegetarian eaters you must try their smoked saffron and yoghurt chicken kebabs that were both succulent and flavourful.
We also tried the Greek inspired eggplant moussaka which was creamy in texture and taste.
