As the sun goes up and your energy goes down, head to Kuremal Kulfi Wale in heart of old Delhi.
It is famous for it’s array of soul-nourishing kulfis.
In particular their iconic fruit stuffed kulfis.
They start by preparing the kulfi which is then stuffed inside a hollow mango shell, before being frozen.
