Kerala is known for its seafood and Keraleeyam at The Leela Raviz Ashtamudi serves some epic regional delicacies 

You will find saltwater as well as freshwater fish here. The tiger prawns cooked to perfection were from the Ashtamudi lake surrounding the hotel.

From the classic pulissery to their in-house special fish nirvana has earthy and local taste to it. All of this is usually paired with the indigenous red rice.

When in Kerala you cannot miss appam and stew. The appams were soft and comforting while the stew was frothy and rich.

Don’t forget to conclude your meal with their melt-in-the-mouth coconut soufflé.
