Dashanzi, Juhu

We tried the Nikkei cuisine by the highest rooftop bar Henshin in Jakarta at their pop-up at Dashanzi.

We experienced a bold fusion of Japanese and Peruvian flavors alongside eclectic cocktails. 

The menu had cornets, ceviche and umami salad.

Followed by edamame truffle dumplings and chupe udon.
