To celebrate the love for Thai cuisine, chef Seefah along with the With Thai Trade Centre Mumbai (DITP) hosted a Thai Select Cooking Contest in Mumbai

The competition is divided into three different phases
Phase 1 took place in Mumbai and saw the participants cooking up a storm at their live stations!
Phase 2 of the contest will be taking place in Delhi
The third phase will take place in Chennai in the May 2021! The winners from the three cities will battle it out in Mumbai.
The contestants at the first phase cooked various Thai dishes ranging from a Tom Yum soup to an authentic Thai curry that transported us back to Thailand!
The winner will take away an all-expense trip to Thailand and we cannot wait to see who that would be!
