Chef Sashi's Degustation Menu
The degustation menu is a tasting menu. This one was hosted by Chef Sashi and Westin Powai.
The first course was Sambal Lentil.
The second course had a potato and watermelon salad.
This was the third course with fried masala tofu.
This is smoked mushroom with cauliflower puree.
The final course was asam pedas eggplant,
Chendol, coconut sorbet, palm sugar honey comb.
