Chef Hemant Oberoi gives us a low down on his inspiration for his new menu, ‘The Journey of Martabaan’ in collaboration with The Dinner Box 

 Meet Chef Hemant Oberoi 

The menu is inspired by his restaurant Martabaan in Abu Dhabi and includes dishes like Ganderi kebabs, Bohri lamb kebabs in a pav, gulab jamun tiramisu to name a few.

 Chef draws his inspiration from Mumbai to Delhi, giving iconic lamb dishes that are prevalent in Delhi a Mumbai twist. 

 Speaking of collaborations, chef Oberoi talks about his views on F&B collabs and what the future looks like! 

 The lockdown allowed the chef to spend time at home and here’s what he had to say about the experience..
