What you’ll be doing: 

Creative Development and Oversight

  • Liaison between the contingent workers and Tastemade to ensure the standard of quality across various productions.
  • Creates a campaign production project folders for all pertinent shoot information and final accounting documents for audit.

Production Execution

  • Provides accurate break downs, tracks and report budgets across multiple, simultaneous Tastemade productions.
  • Be the point of contact for payment status/interface with payroll department for any labor or reimbursements for shoots.
  • Responsible for all travel and accommodations for the production including but not limited to, flights, trains, cars, hotels, etc.
  • Makes any travel itineraries and locations packets to inform Crew/Talent.
  • Manage all production associates from production managers to production assistants.
  • Be available and on-call should any issues arise from production complications, including on weekends.
  • Creates call sheets and production reports for every shoot day as well as any incident reports regarding shoots for insurance.
  • Files for permits and specialty insurances regarding any shoots.
  • Acquires COI’s for locations from our insurance broker.
  • Heads clearances for any production regarding location, appearances, materials, etc.
  • Official point of contact for all Tastemade related matters on location.
  • Evaluate past budgets to look for savings and to streamline production resources.

Personnel and Crew Sourcing

  • Hire crews and contractors, and negotiate rates of pay across multiple productions.
  • Negotiate costs and approve the booking of resources, equipment, and suppliers, locations.
  • Administer crew paperwork, time cards, and 1099 invoices.
  • Sourcing, training, and finding new freelance Production staff
  • Building out talent pool and enforcing protocols
  • Management over the Production Management team that works underneath in the hierarchy. 
  • Keeps track of all safety of crew members on location.

Meetings and Communication

  • Set up protocols and workflows between other internal departments and production
  • Notify the line producer of any potential production issues regarding budget, insurance or safety.
  • Actively be in search of more skilled production crew to help build a roster of qualified crew for Tastemade

What you’ll bring:

What you’ll be doing:

  • Partner with Sales and other internal teams to develop creative and strategic media plans and RFP responses that meet advertiser KPIs including pricing, targeting and inventory needs  
  • Client point of contact for all post-sale campaign management including, but not limited to, client handling, asset and tag delivery, internal resource scheduling, setting KPI benchmarks, recommending optimizations, monitoring performance, billing and delivery questions and overall responsibility for timely delivery of all client deliverables
  • Develop understanding of internal sales process, as well as competitors and marketplace conditions
  • Establish relationships with agencies and advertiser clientele 
  • Develop a thorough expertise of Tastemade’s ad product offerings and apply this understanding to plan building and execution
  • Assist Sales team with research discovery and data pulls, used to strengthen campaign recommendations

What you’ll bring:

  • 2-3 years of digital sales experience or Account Management experience preferred 
  • Possess a strong understanding of and enthusiasm for online advertising
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and has strong organizational skills - able to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment, while handling multiple projects simultaneously

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Take a lead role in formulating data-informed strategies for Tastemade clients and sponsored campaigns. 
  • Support the Research department cross functionally by conducting pre-sale and post-sale brand research.
    • Pre-Sale: Proactively create and craft audience and content insights, working closely with sales & strategy internally to effectively tell a cohesive Tastemade story that is highly strategic and thoughtful. 
    • Post-Sale: Assist on and execute ad effectiveness measurement and brand lift studies post-sale working with 3rd party vendors like Dynata, Nielsen, Kantar Millward Brown, etc.  Analyze campaign result data and summarize key insights on brand performance.
  • Present findings and strategies in a directly client facing capacity.
  • Work closely across internal teams (Sales, Brand Strategy, Account Management) to analyze data from multiple sources in order to tell the most effective story for potential brand partners.
  • Serve as a source of guidance for Account Managers as it comes to reporting and post-campaign insights.
  • Work on proactive reports on advertising effectiveness, consumer, and industry trends.
  • Remain at the forefront of industry research best practices.
  • Proactively keep a pulse on trends within digital, OTT/CTV, and social, as well as within the Food, Home + Design, and Travel space. 
  • Be the lead on developing consumer insights and trends to construct thought leadership reports and white papers to share with internal and external clients.
  • Ensure the quality of research included in RFP deliverables meet client expectations.

What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 3-5 yrs experience in a related role.
  • Experience working in media (social, digital, video, OTT/CTV) and experience with social insights & analytics platforms required.
  • Presentation skills to clients (externally + internally). 
  • Storyteller who can seamlessly translates data into a well crafted narrative. 
  • Strong knowledge of relevant research tools, survey creation, key 3rd party providers, and industry trends.
  • Extremely important to be a self-starter who is resourceful, collaborative, and able to run with something given minimal direction.
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with advertiser and agency partners, and serve as a knowledgeable and strong representation of Tastemade.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.

What you’ll be doing: 

Creative Development and Oversight

What you’ll be doing: 

A Tastemade Supervising Producer, Logistics is a highly experienced industry leader who is an expert in production execution of digital content. This position will oversee the day-to-day operations across multi-million dollar productions and must have proven success in collaborating with brands and cross-functional teams.

Creative Production Workflow

  • Collaborate with Platform and Tastemade Streaming Network  Executives, Production Leads, 3rd party crews and Tastemade’s brand and sales teams to create original, high-quality content based on programming needs
  • Along with the Head of Production and our LP team, develop budgets and track costs across multiple assigned production, to ensure all projects stay on time and on budget
  • Attend all cost report meetings and speak to potential budget overages
  • Manage scheduling, coordination, workflow, and deadlines for multiple projects and shoots simultaneously

What you’ll be doing:

  • Foster relationships with agents and managers to identify and recruit traditional on-camera hosts, accessible celebrities and digital influencers with a strong social following and/or creators who share Tastemade’s voice and content creation sensibility for branded content campaigns and original network programming
  • Work with the Head of Talent & Casting to align talent choices with assigned branded content project across the sales pipeline from RFP to Post-Sale
  • Manage the talent databases and trackers as it pertains to branded and original content projects
  • Create presentation and pitch materials as needed for Talent programs for internal and external presentations
  • Support the Sales and Brand Strategy teams in the pricing, packaging and execution of talent based content programs

What you’ll be doing:

  • Assist Account Executives in guiding and consulting clients on when and how to leverage Tastemade’s ad product suite to maximize results based on client objectives.

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Lead UI and UX design across Tastemade’s growing suite of products. This is a critical role with tons of visibility—your work will be shipped to millions of people around the world who care about taste.
  • Work closely with product management to understand requirements, rapidly iterate on prototypes, and ultimately translate them into pixel-perfect designs to be implemented by engineering.
  • Evolve and grow Tastemade’s design system to ensure consistency and quality across products and platforms.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research to supplement your design intuition with data.
  • Balance big, outside-the-box design thinking with practicality. 

What you'll bring:

  • 5+ years of design experience at world-class consumer technology or media companies.
