What you’ll be doing: 

  • Responsible for insights and research across both pre-sale and post-sale.  Must  understand the Tastemade audience, content, and viewer experiences and help develop creative ways to utilize Tastemade’s data to drive forth agency and brand conversations
  • Serve as a source of guidance for Account Managers when it comes to reporting and post-campaign insights.
  • Work on proactive reports on advertising effectiveness, consumer, and industry trends
  • Provide critical industry expertise – staying ahead of industry trends, methodologies, and 3rd party partnerships, adjusting Tastemade’s measurement product roadmap accordingly
  • Ensures that quality of research including RFP deliverables meets client expectations.
  • Manage end-to-end process for brand lift studies, including scoping/vendor selection, implementation, and analysis; Lead external brand lift study conversations with agencies and clients
  • Assist in building the Tastemade streaming value proposition by capturing key data points including demographics, incremental reach delivery, frequency, etc.
  • Lead and coach a team of 1 Research Analyst

What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3 - 4 yrs experience in related roles.
  • Experience working in social video and experience with social insights & analytics platforms required. Streaming media experience preferred. 
  • Strong knowledge of relevant research, key 3rd party providers, and industry trends.
  • Extremely important to be able to be a self-starter who is resourceful, collaborative, and able to run with something given minimal direction.
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with advertiser and agency partners, and be a knowledgeable and strong representation of Tastemade.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.

How we’ll take care of you:

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The pay range for this role in the US is between $80,000 and $85,000.. The range listed is just one component of Tastemade’s total compensation package for employeesThe actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: candidate qualifications, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus or commission, equity, benefits, and/or other incentives.

This is a remote job opportunity and can reside in the following registered states: CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, IL, MD, ME, MT, NE, NJ, NY, OH, TX, and WA
