What you’ll be doing: 

  • Support in creating and updating presentations and other visual materials (Keynote and Canva)
  • Support with the organization of spreadsheets, with history and records of important data from the team (from audience materials, research data to contacts of partner creators)
  • Contact the production team to share the ideas we want to develop with customers and receive the corresponding production costs;
  • Contact creators or their entrepreneurs to negotiate fees and organize this history;
  • Constant updating with the branded content market to share insights and information about formats, new talent and competition with the team.

What you’ll bring:

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Lead, develop and execute our strategy across all Tastemade EMEA platforms, regularly making adjustments based on insights and trends in order to achieve our ambitious revenue goals
  • Manage two Content Assistants and work alongside other EMEA team members to ideate and execute original video content
  • Lead creative brainstorms for content across all social media platforms, liaising with Production to make content come to life within original content budget 
  • Pull, analyze and report KPIs on a regular basis while thinking critically about future strategies and tests
  • Work with Production, Post Production, and Sales teams to see sponsored content through execution while educating the broader team on the latest best practices
  • Develop and maintain a daily, weekly, monthly and yearly programming calendar that includes both branded and editorial content

What you’ll bring:

  • 5+ years of experience managing multiple social media channels, preferably for a millennial audience of an entertainment or lifestyle brand 
  • An ability to interpret analytics and dig deep into a platform’s audience and build growth and engagement
  • Proven ability to engage, connect and build an audience across multiple channels
  • An ability to communicate results and formulate a strategy

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Acting as a thought leader, developing programmatic strategy and innovative solutions to position Tastemade as an industry leader.
  • Elevating Tastemade’s voice in the CTV space via the development of key, senior level relationships with top industry leaders to ensure Tastemade is considered best-in-class
  • Identifying opportunities for expanding our platform expertise, by understanding the needs of Tastemade clients and the direction of the industry.

  • Deep understanding of or experience working in the connected TV advertising ecosystem across Adtech, DSP, SSP, and Agency trading desks
  • Familiarity with Ad Operations teams including campaign performance, and traffic acquisition tactics.
  • Previous experience in managing and growing teams including but not limited to: overseeing the recruitment of new team members, playing an active role in talent retention and building personal development plans.

This person will work directly with the Head of Business Development to drive the growth of Tastemade across several different areas of focus including distribution of its portfolio of streaming TV channels around the world, growth partnerships for the newly launched Tastemade Maker Platform and Tastemade’s leading SVOD services Tastemade+, licensing Tastemade’s award-winning original content to services and platforms around the world, and other business development driven projects.

A successful candidate will have experience in content-centric businesses that monetize via advertising or subscription, developing various partnerships, and negotiating and closing agreements, and working across multi-functional teams. They’ll work hand-in-hand in selling Tastemade to leaders at various companies, collaborate with legal to drive those deals to the conclusion, and then bring these partnerships to life.

What you'll be doing:

  • Support our People Operations Generalist in all day-to-day global HR administrative and operational tasks (US, UK, Brazil, Mexico, and Argentina)
  • Manage and support onboarding/offboarding of all full-time employees globally and our US contingent workforce. 
  • Prepare employee documents related to employment, compliance, commissions, and ongoing personnel changes. Maintain the integrity of all employee files and documents 
  • Responsible for all global HR reporting including but not limited to diversity reporting, turnover/attrition, WeWork usage, and Lattice reporting.  
  • Own administration and updates in all People Ops systems including but not limited to Rippling, Lattice, and our future HRIS. 
  • Work cross-functionally with US, UK/EMEA, Brazil, and Argentina hiring managers, IT support, and other key stakeholders to collect onboarding requirements and build out onboarding outlines. 
  • Spearhead the creation of templatized onboarding guides for specific teams.

The ideal candidate must have a background in content, brand and B2B marketing with a keen sense for strategy, analytics and campaign development. They will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing campaigns across the portfolio of Tastemade streaming networks (globally), Tastemade DTC platforms including Tastemade Makers & Tastemade Experiences, and support sales marketing among others. This role will report directly to the Marketing Director. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a growing marketing department at a fast paced media and entertainment company.

  • Supports with marketing planning and ideation for marketing strategy and plans for streaming network show launches and new Tastemade business intiatives.
  • Supports with creation of creative materials- writing briefs, submits request and routes final materials to media owners
  • Manges regular meetings and requests from distribution partners
  • Manages day to day media planning and execution of campaigns - ensures campaigns deliver on ROI/ROAS metrics.
  • Manages social content strategy for show launches and social toolkits for talent.
  • Colloaborates closely with social and creative teams to create impatcful copy and materials.
  • Supports with data tracking on campaigns and pulling stats together
  • Tracks performance of shows/channel during campaign period
  • Tracks marketing budget expenses ensures projects stay on budget.
  • Manages content development and distribution of Tastemade newsletters, ensures we are marketing top priorities with our subscriber base.

What you’ll bring:

  • 4+ years of marketing strategy, content marketing and campaign planning experience at an entertainment network/studio, or media company and other general marketing-related roles.
  • Have a strong creative eye to push levels of creativity and keep campaigns on brand.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills that enable you to build consensus and enthusiasm among internal and external stakeholders
  • Detail oriented, with exemplary project management skills that enable you to hit deliverables on time
  • Experience coordinating promotional marketing assets and approval.
  • Excel in managing timelines, and prioritize multiple overlapping projects/requests.
  • Ability to own and take full responsibility for projects.
  • Be a self-starter, identify challenges and develop action plans.

What you'll be doing:

  • Work closely with the Head of Programming and other stakeholders to develop a content strategy across acquisitions and originals that supports growth, and exceeds ratings goals. 
  • Track competitive acquisitions, production and development activity and communicate status to network stakeholders.
  • Attend industry events, festivals and markets, virtually or in person.  Be the representative of Tastemade as a buyer of content across distributors, festival programmers, sales agents and independent creators.  
  • Bring in potential projects for acquisitions through pitches or submissions from outside companies, and identify acquisition opportunities from non-standard sources (i.e. YouTube)
  • Assist with reviewing and noting acquired shows to align with Network creative and runtime standards. 
  • Ensure that all internal stakeholders are aware of incoming programming, contractual and financial obligations.

What you’ll bring:

  • 7+ years of experience in the entertainment industry in either sales, licensing or acquisitions. 
  • Familiarity with FAST, AVOD, SVOD and the general TV distribution & rights landscape, with an ability to craft deals around all of them. 
  • A history of identifying and acquiring high-performing programming at a network or streaming service. 
  • Ability to self-manage a pipeline of content deals, from sourcing to signature.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Meet with planning, buying, and strategy teams at both the brand level and agency level
  • Create and maintain relationships with decision makers at all levels of agencies and brands within the territory
  • Generate RFP opportunities through meetings and constant correspondence with target accounts
  • Evangelize the value of custom content and digital-first distribution to advertisers
  • Create and pitch proposals which include original video series, talent activations and media across our distribution channels.
  • Guide campaign process including generating production agreements, leading kickoff calls, and providing general client support from beginning to end of each campaign

What you’ll bring:

  • Minimum 4+ years experience in digital media sales at either a Fortune 500 media company or a startup 
  • Established track record of closing business and generating revenue

  • Thorough understanding of the online video marketplace and YouTube in particular
  • Excellent oral communication skills and ability to pitch complex integrated video advertising solutions to top decision-makers

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead a creative services team responsible for creating marketing and promotional assets for Tastemade’s streaming networks and global brand presence. 
  • Develop creative direction and oversee marketing asset creation from concept to final execution. 
  • Develop creative direction and oversee graphic needs for original series such as title design and key art.
  • Build, manage and nurture a diverse and dynamic roster of design, editorial and motion graphics talent.  
  • Manage the internal workflow for marketing and creative assets, including collaborating on creative briefs, project management and communicating clear deadlines to key stakeholders. 
  • Inspire and lead by example, setting professional standards for the team and department while consistently developing practices and processes to inspire, innovate and harness new ways of thinking.

What You'll Bring:

  • 10+ years of experience in directing, leading, and developing creative concepts at a network or brand level.
  • Motion graphics, editorial and graphic design experience.
  • Experience leading teams of designers, animators or editors in a high volume, deadline-driven environment.
  • A portfolio of individual work that demonstrates a high level of creativity and technical execution.
  • Strong ability to develop high-profile, influential, and collaborative relationships across teams.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Assist Account Executives in guiding and consulting clients on when and how to leverage Tastemade’s ad product suite to maximize results based on client objectives.
  • Collaborate with Tastemade teams such as Finance and Business Operations,, Research and Insights, Account Management, Ad Ops, Content Partnerships, and Content in order to craft strategic and successful brand partnerships.
  • Assist in the preparation and follow-up for client meetings.
  • Set up kick-off calls in preparation of new campaigns.
  • Establish deep relationships with national brands and media/advertising agencies.
  • Grow existing portfolio of Tastemade clients, to drive and upsell revenue Tastemade revenue.
  • Facilitate Account Executives in educating media agencies about Tastemade specific advertising and content strategies across its O&O properties and social channels.
  • Independently source and develop new brand partnerships.

What you’ll bring:

  • Requirements 1-3 years' experience working at a media agency or publisher managing a brand's digital advertising strategy and buying activities.
  • Proven track record of negotiating, structuring, and closing complex brand partnerships.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset - strong desire to work in sales and team environment.
  • Lead in the creation of proposals for incoming RFP's by creating innovative media proposals to meet advertiser needs.
